Job Title: Customer Service Officer
 
Location: LAGOS.
 
Job Summary
•    Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with the company’s product. They have many responsibilities like and addressing customers’ questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns.
 
Responsibilities
 
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
 
Requirements.
– BSC/HND in related field
 
– 2- 4 years’ experience in Customer Service role
 
– Background in event management is important
 
•N150, 000 – 180,000 Monthly.
